  • 1 head medium cauliflower
  • 1 can anchovies
  • 1 tbsp drained capers
  • 1 wedge yields lemon juice (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp leaves oregano

Directions

  • Drain cauliflower and break into small pieces. Cool.
  • Combine cauliflower, anchovies (optional), and capers in a medium bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and toss with cauliflower mixture.
