- 1 head medium cauliflower
- 1 can anchovies
- 1 tbsp drained capers
- 1 wedge yields lemon juice (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp leaves oregano
Directions
- Drain cauliflower and break into small pieces. Cool.
- Combine cauliflower, anchovies (optional), and capers in a medium bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and toss with cauliflower mixture.
