  • 6 large kalamata olives
  • 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium whole tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 4 oz red onion
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps leaves oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, feta cheese, cucumber and kalamata olives.
  • Separately take the dressing ingredients of olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad until well coated.
