  • 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chips chocolate chips
  • 1/2 serving 1 packet artificial sweetener

Directions

  • Mix ricotta, sweetener, and extract in small microwavable dish.
  • Add 5 mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Heat in microwave oven for about 45 seconds, until ricotta is bubbling around the edges.
  • Remove from Microwave and let stand 1 minute, then stir, melting the chocolate chips.
  • Serve warm.
