  • 1 head large cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3 limes yield lime juice
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 stalks green onion

Directions

  • Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
  • Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.
