  • 1/4 cup no calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups mango chunks
  • 2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 4 cups strawberries, halved

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine strawberries, mango, melon, pineapple and grapes.
  • Add orange juice, lime juice, sweetener, salt and chili powder to taste. Mix well.
  • Let refrigerate for 2 hours before serving for best results.
