- 1 large egg
- 3 dashes salt
- 5 g double acting baking powder
- 43 g almond meal flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter
Directions
- Melt the butter in a ramekin.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg. Mix well.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Remove bread from ramekin. Cut in half and toast in a skillet until desired crispness.
