  • 2 packages frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients, except crackers, well. Place in shallow baking dish.
  • Top with crushed cheese crackers. Drizzle butter on top.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until brown.
