- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small carrot
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup green peas
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 400 ml water
- 1 tsp thyme
Directions
- Place all vegetables, along with onion, garlic and thyme in a pressure cooker.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Pour cooked vegetables, along with vegetable broth in a mixer.
- Add salt and cheese. Blend all ingredients well until smooth.
