  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz whipped topping, low fat
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Directions

  • Whip softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter and whipping cream (like Cool Whip) and mix until well blended.
  • Spread into pie plate and refrigerate until firm.
  • Note: I like to freeze mine sometimes and eat it like ice cream. Yummy! You can also add an artificial sweetener to your liking.
