- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz whipped topping, low fat
- 8 oz cream cheese
Directions
- Whip softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and whipping cream (like Cool Whip) and mix until well blended.
- Spread into pie plate and refrigerate until firm.
- Note: I like to freeze mine sometimes and eat it like ice cream. Yummy! You can also add an artificial sweetener to your liking.
