  • 16 oz cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Place 1 to 2" of water in the bottom of a pan with a steaming basket.
  • Bring water to a boil and steam cauliflower untill tender.
  • Remove cauliflower from stove and place in a food processor and add pulse until crumbly looking.
  • Stir in a tablespoon of butter and use like you would rice.
