  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 tbsps flax seed
  • 1 oz soy powder
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cooked beets

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
  • Begin blending on slow speed then slowly increase speed to high until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour into a 16 oz glass.
