- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup rice milk
- 2 tbsps flax seed
- 1 oz soy powder
- 1 packet sweetener
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup cooked beets
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
- Begin blending on slow speed then slowly increase speed to high until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into a 16 oz glass.
