- 3 large eggs
- 42 g all-purpose flour
- 7 tsps granulated sugar
- 1 cup greek yogurt - vanilla
Directions
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Beat egg yolks with other ingredients.
- Whip egg whites until soft peak then gently fold into the egg yolk mixture.
- Pour into a mold and steam in the oven at 300°F for an hour.
- Let cool, remove from the mold, and decorate as desired.
