  • 42 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup greek yogurt - vanilla
  • 7 tsps granulated sugar

Directions

  • Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  • Beat egg yolks with other ingredients.
  • Whip egg whites until soft peak then gently fold into the egg yolk mixture.
  • Pour into a mold and steam in the oven at 300°F for an hour.
  • Let cool, remove from the mold, and decorate as desired.
