Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Chop onions and saute with salt in olive oil.
  • Slice and add mushrooms. Cook until they release their liquids.
  • Cook down until liquid is almost gone and mushrooms start to brown.
