- 4 oz chunk light tuna in water
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 2 tsps yellow mustard
Directions
- Chop carrots and celery and put in medium sized bowl.
- Drain tuna from water and put in a bowl with carrots and celery.
- Add mustards on top and mix well.
- Put baby spinach in a bowl or on plate and top with the tuna salad mixture.
