  • 1 tsp ground cardamon
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 g stevia
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 10 g mixed seeds
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 g fennel seed
  • 20 g peanut oil
  • 10 g dried whole sesame seeds
  • 20 g dried coconut
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 g oats
  • 20 g oats

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a food processor. Reserve the seeds and 20g oats for later use.
  • Add the wet ingredients.
  • Scoop the mixture to form balls. Coat each ball with the reserved seeds and oats. Place in parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 300°F for for 25-30 minutes.
