- 100 g oats
- 10 g mixed seeds
- 20 g walnuts
- 2 g stevia
- 1 g baking powder
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 g fennel seed
- 20 g peanut oil
- 100 ml whole milk
- 20 g oats
- 10 g dried whole sesame seeds
- 20 g dried coconut
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 medium egg
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a food processor. Reserve the seeds and 20g oats for later use.
- Add the wet ingredients.
- Scoop the mixture to form balls. Coat each ball with the reserved seeds and oats. Place in parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 300°F for for 25-30 minutes.
