- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups milk (nonfat)
- 1 tsp iodized salt
- 2 tbsps baking powder (low sodium)
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1 scoop chocolate milkshake protein powder
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients except egg whites.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
- Fold in egg whites using a spatula.
- Cook in a waffle iron until golden.
