  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 large egg white
  • 12 servings 1 packet splenda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup slices apple chunks

Directions

  • Mash ripe banana in a bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Put on baking sheet, in cookie shapes and lightly flatten with a spoon.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 9 minutes.
  • Flip them after the 9 minutes, turn the oven off, and let them get a little crunchier in the still warm oven for 5 minutes.
