- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 6 cups dry old fashioned oats
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsalted pure irish butter
Directions
- Heat over to 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and mix well.
- Fold in oats. Stir.
- Scoop dough using a tablespoon and put on a baking sheet. Repeat until everything is used up.
- Bake 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool.
