- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Cream the butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and eggs.
- Gradually add the white flour until well mixed, followed by oats and baking soda.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Form balls of the same size. Place on a baking sheet and press to flatten slightly.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 13-15 minutes.
