Ingredients

  • 15 g organic raw walnut halves and pieces
  • 1/3 cup organic dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried bing cherries
  • 1 cup natural unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
  • 4 tbsps raw unfiltered honey
  • 3 tsps cinnamon
  • 3 tsps vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 medium bananas
  • 2 tbsps ground flaxseed seeds

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350°F. In a bowl, mash bananas then add apple sauce and honey.
  • Gradually add remaining ingredients. Mix to incorporate.
  • Scoop mixture onto lined baking sheet and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool then serve or store in an airtight container.
