Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit bowl
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1/8 cup dry 100% whole grain oatmeal
  • 2 tsps fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup 100% egg whites

Directions

  • Grind oatmeal using food processor or blender.
  • Mix oats, cream cheese, and egg whites together.
  • Heat a non-stick pan to low medium. Take a ladle of the batter and pour it onto the pan
  • Cook the crêpes for 1-2 minutes on both sides until the edges are done and the middle is no longer liquid.
  • Transfer top a plate and top with fruits.
