  • 1 tbsp fat free margarine
  • 2 packets instant oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups slices peaches
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 servings 1 packet splenda
  • 1/2 oz walnuts

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Place peaches in 8 x 8" baking dish or pie plate.
  • in separate bowl, mix oatmeal packages with walnuts and margarine empty Splenda into mix, mix until some pieces stick together.
  • Sprinkle over fruit.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with fat free topping (like lite Cool Whip).
