Ingredients
- 16 oz cottage cheese, low fat
- 12 oz cool whip, low fat
- 1 serving orange sugar free jell-o
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup, section oranges
Directions
- Open can of mandarin oranges (sweetened with Splenda), and drain.
- Pour cottage cheese in a bowl and mix in the Jell-O until completely coated.
- Add Cool Whip to this mixture until fully coated.
- Mix can of oranges into mixture about an hour before serving.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
