Ingredients

  • 16 oz cottage cheese, low fat
  • 1/2 cup, section oranges
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 serving orange sugar free jell-o
  • 12 oz cool whip, low fat

Directions

  • Open can of mandarin oranges (sweetened with Splenda), and drain.
  • Pour cottage cheese in a bowl and mix in the Jell-O until completely coated.
  • Add Cool Whip to this mixture until fully coated.
  • Mix can of oranges into mixture about an hour before serving.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
