  • 3 units chicken breasts
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 4 oz ranch dressing, fat free

Directions

  • Preheat oven 400 °F (200 °C).
  • In a bowl pour your favorite ranch dressing.
  • In a separate bowl crumble a good amount of corn flakes.
  • Coat each chicken breast with ranch dressing then roll in crumbled corn flakes; place in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
