  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 10 chili peppers
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh Thai basil
  • 2 tbsps fish sauce
  • 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef

Directions

  • Heat a wok or frying pan to medium-high. Begin sautéing the onions.
  • Add the beef and cook until most of the pink is gone.
  • Add remaining ingredients and sauté to combine and cook down until basil has wilted and beef is cooked through.
