- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 10 chili peppers
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 1/4 cups fresh Thai basil
- 2 tbsps fish sauce
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
Directions
- Heat a wok or frying pan to medium-high. Begin sautéing the onions.
- Add the beef and cook until most of the pink is gone.
- Add remaining ingredients and sauté to combine and cook down until basil has wilted and beef is cooked through.
