Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium sweet yellow onion
  • 1 5" long sweet potato
  • 3 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef 85%
  • 3 1/2 cups fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsps chili powder
  • 3 tsps paprika
  • 3 tsps minced garlic
  • 3 tsps cumin
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Brown beef in skillet with oil.
  • Put beef in crock pot and stir in vegetables and spices.
  • Cook on high for 6 hours.
  • Top with desired garnishes such as sour cream, Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro, red onion etc...
