Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium sweet yellow onion
- 1 5" long sweet potato
- 3 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1 lb ground beef 85%
- 3 1/2 cups fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsps chili powder
- 3 tsps paprika
- 3 tsps minced garlic
- 3 tsps cumin
- 2 tsps salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Brown beef in skillet with oil.
- Put beef in crock pot and stir in vegetables and spices.
- Cook on high for 6 hours.
- Top with desired garnishes such as sour cream, Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro, red onion etc...
