- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 large egg whites
- 3 large egg yolks
- 6 tbsps organic creamer coconut milk french vanilla
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions
- Beat the egg whites until it forms a peak.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas. Mix with egg yolks, flour and the organic coconut creamer.
- Fold in the banana and flour mixture into the beaten egg whites.
- Add blueberries and cook the pancakes on a non-stick skillet over low heat.
