  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsps organic creamer coconut milk french vanilla
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

  • Beat the egg whites until it forms a peak.
  • In another bowl, mash the bananas. Mix with egg yolks, flour and the organic coconut creamer.
  • Fold in the banana and flour mixture into the beaten egg whites.
  • Add blueberries and cook the pancakes on a non-stick skillet over low heat.
