  • 3 cups cubed papaya
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup lemon

Directions

  • Finely dice the jalapeno peppers, be sure to de-seed and de-vein (or not) depending on how hot you want it.
  • Chop all ingredients and put in a bowl.
  • Add juice and toss with a little salt.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
