- 3 cups cubed papaya
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup lemon
Directions
- Finely dice the jalapeno peppers, be sure to de-seed and de-vein (or not) depending on how hot you want it.
- Chop all ingredients and put in a bowl.
- Add juice and toss with a little salt.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
