Ingredients

  • 1 lb tilapia
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Wash and dry tilapia.
  • In a bowl, pour lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Dip tilapia in the lemon juice.
  • Mix crushed crackers and parmesan cheese together.
  • Dip tilapia fillets in the cracker mixture. Lay in a greased baking dish.
  • After all tilapia is covered. Sprinkle remaining over the fish in the baking dish. Sprinkle olive oil over the tilapia.
  • Place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
