Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp hot red pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red peppers
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 4 oz pasta
  • 16 oz tomatoes

Directions

  • Sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add tomatoes and peppers, cooked shrimp and simmer until peppers are tender and shrimp is hot.
  • Add spices. chili peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook pasta and serve the sauce over the pasta.
