Pasta with Grilled Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
- 16 oz tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp hot red pepper
- 4 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes and peppers, cooked shrimp and simmer until peppers are tender and shrimp is hot.
- Add spices. chili peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook pasta and serve the sauce over the pasta.
