- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 cup vanilla rice milk
Directions
- Peel and chop banana, place in a blender.
- Add vanilla whey protein and vanilla rice milk.
- Add mango, peaches and pineapple.
- Blend ingredients using the ice crush mode on the blender. Give it a few good pumps until most of it is broken down. Then switch to liquify mode.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
