  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup vanilla rice milk
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

  • Peel and chop banana, place in a blender.
  • Add vanilla whey protein and vanilla rice milk.
  • Add mango, peaches and pineapple.
  • Blend ingredients using the ice crush mode on the blender. Give it a few good pumps until most of it is broken down. Then switch to liquify mode.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
