- 2 cups oats
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 large peach
- 2 tbsps unpasteurized honey
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Chop peach into bite sized pieces.
- Boil milk (or water if you prefer) and salt.
- When milk is boiling, add oats, peaches, honey and cinnamon.
- Let stand for 5 minutes or until oats are softened.
