  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 large peach
  • 2 tbsps unpasteurized honey
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Chop peach into bite sized pieces.
  • Boil milk (or water if you prefer) and salt.
  • When milk is boiling, add oats, peaches, honey and cinnamon.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes or until oats are softened.
