Ingredients

  • 5 packets sweetener
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate macaroon granola
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil spread
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 keto peanut butter fat bombs
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Ground almonds and granola.
  • Chop fat bombs.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Spoon into muffin pan and put into preheated oven, 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until brown. Depends on size of muffins.
