- 3/4 cup almonds
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 packets sweetener
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate macaroon granola
- 3 tbsps vegetable oil spread
- 4 keto peanut butter fat bombs
Directions
- Ground almonds and granola.
- Chop fat bombs.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spoon into muffin pan and put into preheated oven, 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until brown. Depends on size of muffins.
