- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 medium bananas
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 14 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 5 1/2 tbsps semi-sweet mini chocolate chip morsels
Directions
- Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
- Grind oats to flour and mix with dry ingredients.
- Combine the two mixtures and divide into muffin cups.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
