  • 14 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 5 1/2 tbsps semi-sweet mini chocolate chip morsels
  • 1 1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

  • Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
  • Grind oats to flour and mix with dry ingredients.
  • Combine the two mixtures and divide into muffin cups.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
