Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar

Directions

  • Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg. Sift together flour and baking soda, mix into creamed mixture.
  • Roll into small balls and press with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Makes approximately 40 3” diameter cookies.
