  • 1 cup cilantro (coriander)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 3/4 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper

Directions

  • Roughly chop all ingredients including the cilantro stems.
  • Mix all ingredients in the blender, except olive oil.
  • Turn off blender then add oil. Stir vigorously.
  • Taste and season accordingly.
