  • 3 cup dry rolled overnight oats
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 35 g almond meal flour
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

  • Mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, stir, and return for 10 more minutes.
