- 3 cup dry rolled overnight oats
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 35 g almond meal flour
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, stir, and return for 10 more minutes.
