Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 hot chili, sliced
  • 6 steaks lean sirloin
  • 2 tsps chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in frying pan over high heat and add the carrots and onion. Cook until tender.
  • Add the hot chillies and steak and cook meat until reaches preferred tenderness.
  • Mix the chili sauce and garlic powder together and add to pan for 1 minute before serving.
