- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- 90 g original pepperoni slices
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/2 cup traditional pasta sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread sauce on pizza crust. Cover all but 1/4" from the edge.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then followed by pepperoni.
- Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- When finished cooking, allow to sit on the baking sheet outside of the oven for 5 minutes.
- Slice evenly and enjoy.
