Ingredients

  • 14 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Mix cream cheese (left out for 1 hour), eggs, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) in a lightly greased/sprayed 9x13" pan for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes
  • Add pizza sauce and toppings to taste.
  • Place back in oven for another 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
