  • 4 medium whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients well. Top with your favorite meat.
