- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 4 medium whole tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients well. Top with your favorite meat.
