  • 4 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 tbsps corn syrup
  • 2 limes yield lime juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  • Peel, core, and chop pineapple.
  • In a blender puree all ingredients.
  • Pour into molds, add sticks and freeze for 3 hours or until solid.
  • Twist to remove ice pop.
