Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rigatoni
  • 1 1/2 oz baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 oz ground turkey 90/10
  • 2 oz bell peppers
  • 2 oz onions
  • 1/2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 turkey pepperoni slices 70% less fat
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce

Directions

  • Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside.
  • Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni.
  • In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover.
  • In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce.
  • Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving.
  • Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella.
  • Enjoy.
