  • 1/3 second spray cooking spray

Directions

  • Spray a microwavable bowl with cooking spray, like Pam, bottom and sides well.
  • Break two eggs in to bowl, poke egg yolks with fork.
  • Spray eggs with cooking spray (salt and pepper optional.)
  • Cover bowl with a spatter-proof lid.
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes for harder yolks, 1 1/2 minutes for softer yolks.
