  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsps packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes

Directions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and garlic, cook 6-8 minutes, turning pork occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Drain, if necessary.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.
