- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and garlic, cook 6-8 minutes, turning pork occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Drain, if necessary.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.
