Ingredients

  • 5 lbs red potatoes
  • 1 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 oz fat free sour cream
  • 2 tbsps dill
  • 2 tsps salt

Directions

  • Boil potatoes to fork tender.
  • Cool for 1 hour.
  • Cut up potatoes in cubes and add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
  • Add cut up hardboiled eggs.
  • Sprinkle top with dill.
  • Refrigerate overnight and mix up again, serve cold.
