  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 100 g greek nonfat yogurt - vanilla
  • 1 scoop natural whey protein - vanilla creme
  • 2 cups flapjack and waffle mix

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries. Mix until smooth.
  • Fill each muffin tin with the batter then put in blueberries.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
