- 25 g butter
- 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 150 g oats
- 6 small eggs
- 80 g walnuts
- 1 scoop 100% whey protein
- 100 g organic coconut flour
- 100 g organic pure dark 70% dark chocolate
Directions
- Grind oats using a food processor.
- Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave.
- Crush the walnuts.
- Mix everything together. Stir well to avoid lumps. Transfer to a greased or parchment-lined dish.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350°F for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing into squares.
