  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar free syrup
  • 4 slices 100% whole wheat bread
  • 9 tbsps liquid egg whites

Directions

  • Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Combine protein powder and egg whites together.
  • Dredge both sides of bread, one slice at a time, in egg/protein mixture and place on sprayed griddle.
  • Cook until browned on one side then flip to brown other side.
  • Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
