Ingredients

  • 2 scoops super advanced whey protein - vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 6 oz 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 1 snack size applesauce unsweetened
  • 10 tbsps clover honey
  • 6 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 400°F.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Stir in dry ingredients.
  • Pour in prepared muffin pans.
